Responsibilities
- Lead high-stakes litigation from complaint to verdict.
- Depose expert witnesses.
- Conduct mediations.
- Deliver compelling arguments in court.
- Mentor junior litigation staff while overseeing paralegals and case managers.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance across litigation teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
- 10+ first-chair trials to verdict.
- Licensed & in good standing with the Florida Bar.
- A drive to win, the leadership to guide others, and the passion to fight for justice.
