About the position

The Senior UI Developer (React) role is focused on leading a team of developers in creating and maintaining responsive web applications. This position requires strong front-end development skills, particularly in React and Next.js, and involves collaboration with graphic designers and solution architects to ensure high-quality design and functionality. The developer will oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring that both technical and consumer needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-4 developers and mentor them.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects for design recommendations.
• Perform design and code reviews.
• Develop and design front-end web architecture.
• Ensure the responsiveness of applications.
• Work alongside graphic designers for web design features.
• Oversee projects from conception to final product.

Requirements

• Over 9 years of strong front-end development experience.
• Proficiency in Next.js, React, Node NPM, and Tailwind CSS.
• Experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Builder.io or Headless CSS.
