Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, and key stakeholders to align resources and design priorities.
• Navigate projects through challenges while streamlining design processes for efficient delivery.
• Take charge of project schedules and risk management to ensure timely, high-impact results.
• Advocate for inclusive design principles, ensuring user experiences are equitable and accessible.
• Drive design efforts through every stage of the offering creation process, delivering solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
• Foster a culture of adaptive design based on customer feedback to refine and enhance our offerings.
• Articulate design goals and challenges clearly across teams, ensuring alignment.
• Build strong connections with product management, engineering, and business teams to encourage collaboration.
• Present design solutions backed by data and user insights to guide stakeholders toward informed decisions.
• Measure success through increased customer satisfaction, improved usability metrics, and a positive impact on OKRs.

Requirements

• 7+ years in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• A strong body of work showcasing expertise in interaction and visual design, along with the ability to tackle complex challenges through customer research.
• Deep understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Proven experience in user research and data-driven decision-making, with a knack for aligning UX strategies with business objectives.
• Exceptional skills to inspire, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, influencing stakeholders and driving design initiatives.
• Excellent ability to articulate design concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and a track record in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• A genuine enthusiasm for creating intuitive, user-friendly products that deliver exceptional experiences.
