Senior UX Designer

About the position

ExtraHut is a UX / UI design company, part of TenderHut - the international Technological Capital Group. We are looking for an UX Designer with at least 4 years of experience, confirmed by your portfolio. Your tasks will include working with international clients, creating UX standards in the company and taking care of younger designers in the team.

Responsibilities

• implementing and defining UX standards
• conducting UX projects, designing digital services and products
• responsibility for defining and implementing project KPIs
• supporting younger and less experienced team members
• active support in the process of selling UX services
• participation in key projects as a UX specialist

Requirements

• minimum 4 years of experience as an UX Designer / UX Researcher confirmed by the delivered portfolio
• experience in mentoring younger team members
• active participation in sales support
• ability to work on projects implemented using Agile methodologies
• ability to work under time pressure and meeting deadlines
• knowledge of prototyping tools
• ability to conduct user research and testing
• very good command of English (C1)

Nice-to-haves

• participation in UX community (taking part in conferences, writing articles, activities in social media) will be an additional advantage
