Our team is dedicated to creating a world-class embedded finance platform that prioritizes user experience and sets high standards for product quality. We are currently seeking a Senior Designer to join our new design group, where you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of banking experiences for millions of consumers. In this senior-level position, you will be responsible for designing embedded banking experiences from the ground up, as well as redesigning existing SaaS banking products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to launch high-quality products that meet the needs of our clients and their customers. Your contributions will help establish a design culture within the organization and ensure that our design systems are effectively applied across a wide range of financial software products.

Responsibilities

• Leverage customer insights to define the requirements of end-to-end product experiences and features.
• Design product experiences for a mix of developer, mobile, and SaaS products.
• Lead design sprints and design planning processes to create exceptional user experiences.
• Work closely with engineering throughout the product lifecycle, from initial planning phases to final designs to launch.
• Develop and maintain design systems that can be applied across a broad suite of financial software products.
• Be a part of a cultural shift toward a design-forward environment by establishing and implementing design-oriented mechanisms.

Requirements

• 5+ years as a product designer at a consumer or enterprise technology company.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and usability best practices.
• Experience working closely with product and engineering to ship and iterate on customer-facing products.
• Thorough knowledge of UX research approaches and methodologies.
• Familiarity with modern developer platforms and ecosystems.
• Proven ability to turn research results into product designs.
• Ability to influence a range of audiences and manage multiple projects concurrently.
