As part of the Global People Operations & Insights team, Mastercard is seeking a lead to enable and implement the end-to-end P&C Governance, Risk and Service Delivery Management strategy for the Company. This leader will work closely with the HR Leadership Team, COEs, CRO, Corporate Security, Legal, GBSC. P&C Tech, Employee Digital Experience team, and the business units to gather active and passive insights, along those moments that matter. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about defining and scaling practical and pragmatic risk, governance and service delivery management approaches for our people practices. They thrive in complex environments, seek multiple perspectives and turn feedback and data into action.
