We are currently looking for an SEO Analyst who is passionate, innovative, and motivated to make a difference. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with fellow SEO team members to share insights, strategies, and ideas to enhance campaign performance and ensure consistency across client projects
  • Assist in the development of innovative content marketing strategies that align with clients' services, ensuring that the content resonates with target audiences while driving organic traffic.
  • 100% white-hat link development: Focus on acquiring high-quality backlinks using ethical, white-hat strategies that adhere to Google's guidelines, improving the site’s authority and visibility.
  • Link outreach: Proactively reach out to authoritative legal websites, blogs, and publications to secure backlinks, fostering long-term relationships with relevant sources in the industry.
  • Link profile analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze the backlink profile of client websites to identify toxic links and opportunities for improvement, ensuring a healthy and diverse link profile.
  • Research and evaluate competitor strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and weaknesses that can inform and refine your client's SEO strategy and give them a competitive edge.
  • Perform site audits to identify technical SEO issues, usability concerns, and opportunities for improvement, then collaborate with development teams to implement fixes.
  • Analyze traffic data and user behavior in Google Analytics to identify trends, track SEO performance, and provide actionable insights to clients for improving their digital marketing efforts.
  • Regularly monitor and track keyword rankings in Google’s Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) to assess the impact of SEO strategies and provide reports to clients.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to uncover high-value terms and phrases, ensuring that on-page and content strategies are optimized for search intent and target audience needs.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content, to ensure client websites are fully optimized for search engines and user experience.
  • Develop and execute strategies that boost organic traffic by improving search rankings, ensuring increased visibility and engagement for client websites.
  • Participate in weekly brainstorm sessions helping shape the direction of SEO strategies and identifying new opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on SEO experience or related field within a high-volume, fast-paced digital marketing agency
  • Legal marketing experience highly preferred
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Ability to learn quickly
