About the position

The web team is looking for an SEO Manager for Adobe’s Enterprise business, which is one of the leading B2B offerings globally. Become an integral part of a team that focuses on making Business.adobe.com a world class experience for all site visitors – from consumers to enterprise customers, to partners and investors – across the entire customer journey! We are looking for an experienced SEO expert with a background in B2B marketing, an understanding of the search engines and how that insight can be applied to grow Adobe’s business-oriented content programs. This individual is someone who is goal-oriented by nature, passionate about search and can easily wield data to inform strategy. They partner with seasoned SEOs and marketing experts, while mastering cross-team collaboration and interlocks to address and meet business goals. This person is agile, a self-starter, effective communicator, strong data analyst and well-versed storyteller.

Responsibilities

  • Learn about the business and gain a deep understanding of products, strategy, and goals to effectively contribute towards business outcomes.
  • Continuously identify new SEO growth opportunities by analyzing existing content architecture, keyword constructs, audits, and data/traffic analysis.
  • Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry best practices to find opportunities to create compelling user experiences in partnership with PM teams.
  • Balance several initiatives efficiently in parallel and shift priorities as needed.
  • Be a well-versed written communicator to drive next steps, wikis, POVs, trainings, and newsletters for the SEO team and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team, cross-functional partners, agencies, and consultants on all things SEO.

Requirements

  • Ideally 6-8 years of SEO experience; minimum 5 years at least working on enterprise websites.
  • Understanding of B2B e-commerce strategy, marketing tactics, and sales process.
  • Analytical orientation with excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.
  • Strong ability to frame issues, drive analyses, and make clear, impactful recommendations.
  • Attention to detail with strong project management capabilities.
  • Capable of prioritizing multiple ad hoc requests and balancing as needed.
  • Ability to easily move between high-level strategy to day-to-day implementation.
  • Experience with enterprise websites, terminology, and work environments is highly preferred.
  • Ability to articulate ideas in SEO content documentation, writing detailed POV documents, decks, and more.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Workfront is a plus.
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with popular SEO industry tools and resources including Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, and Ahrefs.

  • Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets.
  • Pay range for this position is $75,800 -- $151,200 annually.
  • Short-term incentives in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
