About the position

Wild Finch at The Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs is seeking an experienced and passionate Server to join our dining team. This role is all about delivering outstanding hospitality, creating a welcoming environment, and providing top-notch service with deep menu knowledge. If you have 3 years of full-service restaurant experience, love working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we’d love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high-quality service during designated shifts while anticipating guest needs.
• Adhere to all service expectations as outlined in training, handbooks, and ongoing feedback.
• Ensure proper setup and breakdown of the restaurant for smooth daily operations.
• Demonstrate reliability and trustworthiness, serving as a role model for fellow team members.
• Foster relationships with guests and team members to create a welcoming and inclusive dining experience.
• Work closely with the front- and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service, maintaining a culture of trust, creativity, and dependability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant experience required.
• Strong ability to multitask and manage tables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
