About the position
As a Service Advisor at Morgan Automotive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our customers' experiences in the service lane. You will be the first point of contact for vehicle owners, responsible for greeting them as they arrive and guiding them through the repair process. Your expertise in our product offerings, inventory needs, and technician scheduling will be essential in providing exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for individuals who may be new to the automotive industry but have a background in customer service, retail sales, the restaurant industry, or hospitality. Responsibilities
- Oversee flow of Drive Lane.
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression with the customer.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
- Ensure that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
