About the position

The Sales Development Representative at Service Fusion, a part of EverCommerce, is responsible for generating sales opportunities and building relationships with prospective customers. This role involves engaging with potential clients through high-volume calls, setting appointments for product demonstrations, and contributing to the overall sales pipeline. The position is designed for individuals who are motivated, energetic, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn Service Fusion's products and market
• Become an expert in necessary sales tools such as VanillaSoft, HubSpot, and Salesforce CRM
• Generate pipeline for sales consultants by setting appointments for online demonstrations
• Create sales opportunities through lead generation and outbound prospecting
• Engage with prospective customers via telephone, making 200+ dials per day
• Build relationships with sales consultants and customer success managers
• Grow book of business in the Small Business Segment
• Consistently meet monthly KPIs and sales goals
• Expand knowledge of Service Fusion's sales methodology and full sales cycle
• Work with mentors and sales leaders to set personal goals for promotion consideration

Requirements

• 1-2 years of call center experience utilizing a defined sales process
• Demonstrated ability to make 100+ calls daily
• Recent college graduates eager to pursue a career in sales are also considered
