About the position

iTech AG is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect to support presales solutions, in-house lab development, and demos, particularly for federal contracts. The role involves solving problems with comprehensive end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment, focusing on modernizing and automating customer processes. The architect will also contribute to business growth through customer demos, proposal activities, and serving as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow and IT modernization solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, integrate, and operate ServiceNow prototypes.
  • Translate prototypes into high-quality, well-written responses and demos throughout business development, capture, and proposal lifecycles.
  • Utilize methodologies guided by industry best practices like ITIL, SAFe, Scrum, and PMI.
  • Absorb and respond to critique, combining unique perspectives to enhance product quality.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and critical thinking in high-pressure situations, ensuring high-quality proposals and capture meetings.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team including executives, technologists, specialists, graphics, and writers to achieve common solutions.
  • Apply critical thinking across the opportunity lifecycle, including reading RFPs and understanding customer needs.
  • Craft persuasive arguments and conceptualized graphics from loosely-formed ideas and inputs.
  • Write, review, and craft proposal sections across IT and ServiceNow workflows, disciplines, modules, or requirements.
  • Provide domain, architecture, and technical expertise for various projects and clients, as well as internal presales and demos.
  • Analyze and evaluate business needs and translate them into ServiceNow technology architecture.
  • Support technical deliverables including architecture and design documents.
  • Collaborate with Business SMEs, solution, and technical architects to elevate technical direction for transformative solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in ServiceNow implementations, acting as an Architect.
  • 7+ years' experience in the IT industry with 4+ years' experience in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Working understanding of the Federal procurement process, including the FAR and contracting vehicles.
  • Experience with integration in and between ServiceNow modules and integrated applications.
  • Expert-level working or developing experience with JavaScript, HTML5, Jelly, jQuery, and AngularJS.
  • Directory service integration experience (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).
  • Single Sign-On using various authentication methods (token, SAML 1.1, SAML 2.0).
  • Strong communication and customer relationship skills at the executive level.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience building and managing ServiceNow IT solutions with SPM, HRSD, and/or CSM/PSDS.
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow integrations for Security, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow platform management, configuration management, and implementation.
  • Knowledge of financial institution IT security and compliance with Federal Government rules and regulations.
