You will create and maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform across all environments and collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes or requests. Engaging with Mission Partners to define their IT goals and advising on the re-engineering of business processes to meet those goals will be crucial. You will provide expertise in standards and validations, facilitate group sessions, conduct training, and transfer knowledge as needed. Additionally, you will act as a key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts, champion awareness training, and develop process documentation, testing, workflows, and work plans. Leading workflow presentations to leadership and Mission Partners will also be required, along with coordinating with various departments to accomplish project tasks.
