The ServiceNow ITOM & ITAM Subject Matter Expert (SME) will play a crucial role in supporting the GDIT Enterprise by providing expertise in the configuration, development, support, migration, and maintenance of ServiceNow implementations. This position focuses on enhancing IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes, driving automation, and optimizing IT infrastructure within large-scale environments. The SME will collaborate with stakeholders to develop enterprise business solutions that leverage ITIL processes and best practices.
