About the position

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through effective consultation and service coordination.
• Lead technicians in service delivery and operational excellence.
• Drive service sales to enhance company profitability.
• Coordinate integration of mechanical and control systems for optimal performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology.
• At least five (5) years' experience working with mechanical and/or control systems.
• Advanced knowledge of the construction or HVAC industry, control theory, automatic temperature controls, and building automation systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Three (3) years' supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience in the integration of low voltage building sub-systems using various industry protocols (i.e. LON, BacNet, etc).
