The position of Service Planner is located in Belgrade, Serbia, and offers a hybrid workstyle. This role requires proficiency in Spanish and English, and involves managing service requests, planning and prioritizing tasks for technicians, and ensuring effective communication and execution of service activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming service requests in a timely, efficient, and effective way
• Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor all open requests for technicians, ensuring the prompt delivery of service to meet our contractual terms and conditions
• Maintain effective and timely communication with technicians and obtain regular progress updates for outstanding work
• Drive and support successful execution of activities assigned to technicians within a geography
• Ensure awareness of resource deficiency and technician productivity is shared effectively and efficiently
• Work in a team environment and interact with multiple internal teams
• Work with other team members to resolve unique and extraordinary circumstances
• Deliver on predefined priorities and ensure customer contractual requirements are met
• Identify situations and drive resolution of all events that may cause miss of NCR's contractual obligations

Requirements

• Required language skills for the role - Spanish and English
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to write, speak, listen, and present information effectively and persuasively
• Strong organizational acumen and ability to multitask
• A sense of urgency when performing daily tasks
• Willingness to work in shifts
