About the position

The ServiceTitan Administrator at Any Hour Group is responsible for managing integrations, providing training, and offering technical support for the ServiceTitan software across the organization. This role is crucial for enhancing CRM functionality and ensuring effective communication and collaboration among various teams to facilitate the successful rollout of the software.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage integrations of ServiceTitan within Any Hour Group.
  • Provide training and ongoing technical support for internal partners and teams.
  • Utilize Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook to coordinate efforts across the organization.
  • Partner with ServiceTitan to enhance and build out CRM functionality to meet business needs.
  • Work closely with partners to gain buy-in and support for the successful rollout of ServiceTitan software.
  • Ensure effective communication across departments to facilitate seamless software adoption and usage.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of full scope ServiceTitan experience, preferably in home services or similar fields.
  • ServiceTitan Certified Admin certification.
  • Deep knowledge of ServiceTitan settings and functionality, along with the capability of successfully training and integrating.
