Responsibilities

• Greeting customers

• Working with vendors on obtaining parts
• Communicating with customers on repairs needed and cost of repairs
• Collecting payment for completed work

Requirements

• Bilingual
• Experience in service writing
• Knowledge of automotive repair
• Sales skills

• Valid Driver's License
• Familiarity with phone etiquette
