About The Position

The Shift Manager at McDonald's is responsible for leading shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. This role involves providing leadership to crew members and other managers, ensuring quality service, safety, and cleanliness, while also meeting operational targets and managing various tasks during shifts.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor performance and take action to meet McDonald's standards.
• Ensure food safety and quality food production.
• Manage crew members and provide training as needed.
• Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Schedule staff and manage shift assignments.
