About the position
As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer service experience while working alongside a team of baristas. Responsibilities
- Lead each shift and manage store operations standards.
- Deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products.

- Maintain an encouraging team environment and grow leadership skills.
- Handle cash and ensure store safety and security.
Requirements
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year
- Six months of experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
- Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with cash-handling and store safety
