Responsibilities

  • Lead each shift and manage store operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
  • Train and coach baristas on product preparation and customer service standards.
  • Maintain a positive and encouraging team environment.
  • Handle cash and ensure store safety and security protocols are followed.
  • Motivate team members and foster a collaborative work atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with store operating policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment - 1 year.
  • Six months of experience in a position that required constant interaction with customers.
  • Six months of experience delegating tasks to other employees or coordinating tasks of two or more employees.
  • Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
  • Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a leadership role within a retail or restaurant environment.
  • Knowledge of Starbucks products and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
