About The Position

As a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, you will lead store operations during your shift, ensuring high-quality customer service and product delivery. Requirements

  • 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other employees.
  • Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly.
  • Effective oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
