Shipping/Receiving Clerk

About the position

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for managing the pick, pack, and shipping of materials to households, as well as unpacking and scanning equipment upon return. This role requires adaptability to a fast-paced production environment and the ability to quickly address business needs and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned workload and adapt to reprioritization as necessary.
• Adhere to policy guidelines to determine acceptability of data conditions present in inputs and outputs of production system/process.
• Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes.
• Understand business processes and flows to analyze business requirements and their impact.

Requirements

• High School degree required; College Degree a plus.
• 2 years' experience in a production or related environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Technical aptitude preferred.
• Ability to track multiple complex processes in various stages of production.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet tight delivery deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Availability to work weekends as needed.
• Must be able to stand 4-6 hours at a time.
