About The Position

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is preferred.
• Experience in shuttle driving, school bus driving, paratransit services, or as a delivery driver is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with passengers of diverse backgrounds.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices is a plus.
• Must be able to pass background checks as required by company policy.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate shuttle vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Provide timely transportation for passengers to various locations as scheduled.
• Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the shuttle vehicle, performing routine inspections and reporting any maintenance needs.
• Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any delays or changes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including passenger counts and vehicle mileage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for all passengers.

Benefits

• Full-time position with expected hours of 40 - 50 per week.
• Pay range of $10.00 - $12.00 per hour.
