We are looking for a talented and experienced E-commerce Analyst to join our growing team of business insights partners for SITKA. As an E-commerce Analyst, you will play a crucial role in promoting data-driven decisions and improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of our e-commerce and marketing operations. You will be responsible for owning reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, improving and automating data-centric workflows, and building dashboards to provide actionable insights to the e-commerce and marketing teams. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to align on business goals, KPIs, and strategies, ensuring that digital efforts are in line with broader company objectives. This position will be located at our facility in Bozeman, Montana, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement, depending upon the responsibilities of the role and business needs. In this role, you will support the marketing and e-commerce teams with reporting on a weekly and monthly basis, delivering comprehensive insights on marketing campaign performance and customer behavior. You will enhance reporting efficiency and scalability by automating existing workflows and dashboards. Proactively pursuing data quality, troubleshooting data validation, and seeing problems through to resolution will be key to ensuring the reliability of data analysis. You will collaborate cross-functionally with E-commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, and Finance teams to align on business goals, KPIs, and strategies, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with broader company objectives. Additionally, you will develop and maintain data pipelines between Big Commerce, Big Query, and Looker, ensuring a seamless flow of data and maintaining data integrity. Your responsibilities will also include implementing complex data structures and models in Looker and/or PowerBI to create interactive dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights for marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce decisions. Working closely with the Performance Marketing Team, you will provide data-driven strategic insights to optimize campaigns and improve total website ROI. Staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis, marketing analytics, and the eCommerce industry will be essential to drive continuous improvement.
