About the position
The position involves providing beverage service and making change for Guests in assigned areas while adhering to Title 31 requirements. The role includes serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training and handling Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner. Responsibilities also encompass managing the slot floor, performing hand pays, conducting minor machine repairs, facilitating currency and coin exchange, and providing beverage service to Guests. Additionally, the position requires assisting with players card signups and following all Title 31 procedures while safeguarding the Company's assets.
Responsibilities
- Provide beverage service to Guests in assigned areas.
- Make change for Guests while maintaining Title 31 requirements.
- Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training.
- Handle Guest opportunities in a positive and professional manner.
- Manage the slot floor and perform hand pays.
- Conduct minor machine repairs as needed.
- Facilitate currency and coin exchange for Guests.
- Assist with players card signups and maintain understanding of the Boarding Pass program.
- Promote enrollment on the slot floor by recruiting new player's card sign-ups.
- Stay updated on all upcoming events and promotions.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
- Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management.
- Basic math and money handling skills.
- Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
- Complete knowledge of all cocktails, wines, and beers, as well as proper glassware, pricing, and garnishes.
Nice-to-haves
- Willingness to help out in various roles such as bartending, hosting, food serving, or cashiering.
