Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers in your assigned field territories using your market-savvy skills, community engagement, and valuable lead lists.
  • Engage and Educate: Approach businesses with a dash of charm and a sprinkle of professionalism. Enlighten them about the incredible benefits and features of our top-tier telecom services.
  • Customized Solutions: Dive into the unique needs of each customer, crafting tailored telecom packages.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
  • Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase the advantages of our products and services.
  • Closing Deals: Skillfully negotiate and close sales agreements.
  • Documentation: Complete all paperwork, contracts, and sales reports with precision.

  • Targets and Quotas: Consistently meet or surpass monthly sales targets and quotas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of field-sales to Small/Medium Businesses.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work full time.
