About the position

Cayuse Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled SME Software Developer, Systems Software to join our team. This position involves working closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for independently managing tactical enterprise projects while also collaborating with peers to create real-time solutions. As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will estimate, implement, and enhance the ServiceNow platform and its modules according to business requirements. In this role, you will configure and enhance core applications, including but not limited to Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting Administration of the ServiceNow platform. You will also be required to write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, such as requirements, system architecture design, and use case diagrams. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will need to collaborate effectively across teams and the organization. This position is remote, and you will be expected to establish a productive and professional workspace. You must be able to work varying schedules and extended hours to meet business needs and project deadlines. Additionally, you may be required to attend and conduct in-person and virtual meetings as needed, and occasional travel for business or professional development purposes may be necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Work independently on tactical enterprise projects, while collaborating with peers to develop real-time solutions.
  • Act as ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow platform and modules per business requirements.
  • Configure and enhance core applications, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Incidents, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting Administration of ServiceNow platform.
  • Write clear, concise, and accurate technical documentation, including requirements, system architecture design, and use case diagrams.
  • Utilize strong communication skills and collaborate effectively across the team and the organization.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and/or development with ServiceNow ITSM application suite.
  • 4+ years experience with hands-on implementation and support experience with ServiceNow ITSM application suite.
  • 4+ years working with IT and Business teams to develop and enhance ServiceNow capabilities.
  • ITIL Foundations Certification.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator Certification.
  • Hands-on experience with implementing and supporting ServiceNow platform features/functions including CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Workflows, Knowledge, and Roles/permissions.
  • Secret Clearance is required.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
