Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a team to create highly shareable content for social media.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure effective content integration.
• Manage social media content across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Create and implement innovative social media marketing campaigns that generate significant engagement.
• Formulate best practices and measurement tools for social media activities.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop and execute creative ideas and strategies.
• Manage external agencies and publishing partners as necessary for content development.
• Establish operational methodologies for efficient content creation and distribution.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in social media content creation and marketing.
• Proven track record of developing innovative ideas and strategies.
• Experience and passion for influencer marketing and community building through social media.
• Strong understanding of the functionality of various social media platforms.
• Successful experience leading small teams within an organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, ambiguous environment.
