As we expand our reach, we're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to lead and grow our online presence. We are seeking a Social Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all aspects of LawBear.com’s social media and marketing strategy. This role will serve as the brand voice across digital platforms, develop compelling content, manage creative design work using Canva and or other creative design platforms, and take ownership of vendor and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hybrid of strategic thinker and creative doer- someone who can manage both big-picture marketing campaigns and day-to-day engagement with precision and flair.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage LawBear’s presence across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Pinterest)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging, brand-aligned content
  • Monitor channels, moderate comments, and drive audience engagement
  • Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategy accordingly
  • Use Canva and or other creative design platforms to design on-brand graphics, infographics, and other digital assets
  • Develop short-form video content and reels for social platforms
  • Maintain consistency in visual identity and brand voice
  • Lead and implement LawBear's overall marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and key messaging
  • Align social media efforts with SEO, paid media, email marketing, and other digital initiatives
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors, including content creators, ad platforms, freelancers, and design partners
  • Evaluate and onboard new vendors as needed for marketing initiatives
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and social media best practices
  • Identify new tools and technologies to improve LawBear’s digital presence and performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency (legal industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong grasp of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • Proven experience using Canva and other creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to shift tone for different channels
  • Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
  • Experience with marketing performance analysis using tools such as Google Analytics and native platform insights
  • Experience with Wordpress a plus
  • Comfort managing external vendors and partnerships
