Our Social Media Content Creator Co-Op offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over a 6-month period. Come experience an inside look in the world of Corporate Communications, Social Media, CPG and Food Production.
Responsibilities
- Develop engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook)
- Showcase our associates, our community relations activities, our responsible farming stories, and more.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
- Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to boost engagement
- Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights for improvement
- Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and build our online community
Requirements
- Must be a rising senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Social Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related majors preferred.
- Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Interest in the food production and agriculture industry
- Strong storytelling and visual design skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas
- Real-world experience in social media marketing
- Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills
Nice-to-haves
- 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
- Strongly prefer a rising senior who has completed at least 4 college-level communication courses
