Our Social Media Content Creator Co-Op offers students hands-on, real-world experience within the company over a 6-month period. Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook)
  • Showcase our associates, our community relations activities, our responsible farming stories, and more.
  • Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting
  • Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to boost engagement
  • Track and analyze social media metrics, providing insights for improvement
  • Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and build our online community

Requirements

  • Must be a rising senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited university in a relevant field of study. Social Media, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications or related majors preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Passion for social media, digital marketing, and content creation
  • Interest in the food production and agriculture industry
  • Strong storytelling and visual design skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas
  • Real-world experience in social media marketing
  • Possess strong analytical, communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork skills

Nice-to-haves

  • 3.25 GPA or higher is highly preferred
  • Strongly prefer a rising senior who has completed at least 4 college-level communication courses
