Social Media & Content Creator Intern for Lioness and the Founder

About the position

Lioness is seeking a Social Media & Content Creator to bring our brand and thought leadership to life across Instagram, LinkedIn, and newsletters. This role involves translating bold ideas into magnetic, high-impact content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder, Stephanie Redlener, to develop and refine thought leadership content, create compelling videos, and design beautifully branded graphics that align with the Lioness aesthetic. The position is part-time or freelance and offers flexible hours, but requires responsiveness and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine thought leadership content for Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Create compelling, high-quality videos (Reels, Stories, short-form clips).
• Design and create branded graphics, carousels, and video content.
• Manage and grow the Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
• Create branded templates for social media.
• Format and design newsletters for visual appeal.
• Stay updated on social media and video trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).
• Ability to craft engaging content for Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Understanding of brand storytelling and content analytics.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in brand strategy and positioning.
• Ability to add light animation or motion graphics to videos.
• Knowledge of optimizing posts for visibility and reach.
