Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, and stories) for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that resonates with our client's target audience.
• Develop and execute a content calendar to maintain a consistent posting schedule and maximize audience engagement.
• Help our Social Media Coordinator engage with followers by responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and business goals.
• Use tools like Canva to create high-quality, eye-catching graphics and video content.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies based on insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and new content series to increase brand awareness and follower growth.

Requirements

• Familiar with AI softwares (Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini)
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create engaging social media content.
• Understanding of social media metrics.
• Experience with tools like Canva and social media scheduling platforms is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• At least some experience in social media management at an agency or working in a couple of different industries.
