Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Review and classify sensitive or violent content according to client parameters.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within specified turnaround times.
• Participate in refresher training to implement correct policies.
• Comply with performance indicators defined by the client's operation.
• Provide trends and insights for process improvements.
• Remain updated on workflow changes and operational guidelines.
• Handle customer information in compliance with corporate confidentiality policies.
• Moderate potentially offensive content with emotional intelligence and resilience.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience navigating internet websites and social media platforms.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work various shifts and be flexible with hours.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
• Predictable and reliable attendance.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
