Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Review and classify sensitive or violent content uploaded by users.
• Participate in refresher training to implement correct policies.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
• Provide trends and insights for process improvements.
• Stay updated on workflow changes and operational guidelines.
• Work on-site at Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Russian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience navigating internet websites including social media.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to type 25 wpm and use multiple programs simultaneously.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
• Predictable and reliable attendance.
• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
