• Participate in refresher training to stay updated on policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within set turnaround times.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on content trends.
• Stay informed on workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write in both languages.
• Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial sites.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience to handle sensitive content.
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work various shifts and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills.

Nice-to-haves

• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
