Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Review and classify sensitive content uploaded by users according to client-defined parameters.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within agreed turnaround times.
• Participate in continuous training programs for optimal role development.
• Provide trends and insights for process improvements and policy recommendations.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies regarding customer information.
• Remain updated on workflow changes, operational guidelines, and community standards.
• Work on-site at Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (speak, read, and write).
• Experience navigating internet websites, including social media and commercial sites.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work various shifts and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
• Predictable and reliable attendance.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Organizational and work prioritization skills.
