Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Review content for accuracy and quality, eliminating sensitive or inappropriate material.
• Participate in refresher training to implement correct policies.
• Comply with performance indicators defined by the client's operation.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues within turnaround times.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of customer information.
• Provide trends and insights for process and policy improvements.
• Stay updated on workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Ability to work onsite in Port Saint Lucie, Florida.
• Experience navigating internet websites and social media platforms.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work various shifts and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and strong computer skills.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher, with proof required.
• Predictable and reliable attendance.
• 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
