Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Review and classify sensitive, potentially egregious, and/or violent content uploaded by users.
• Participate in frequent refresher training to implement correct policies.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times.
• Comply with corporate confidentiality policies and handle customer information securely.
• Provide trends and insights to develop improvements to processes and policies.
• Remain up to date on key workflow changes and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience navigating internet websites including social media and commercial websites.
• Strong emotional intelligence and resilience.
• Attention to detail and logical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to type 25 wpm and use multiple programs simultaneously.
• High School Graduate or GED or higher (proof required).
• 6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
