About the position

The Social Media Coordinator at Front Row is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for various brands across multiple platforms. This role focuses on growing brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through content creation, monitoring, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and possesses strong communication and multitasking skills, while also mentoring Digital Marketing Interns on specific projects.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
  • Plan and create high-quality, engaging content for social media channels.
  • Monitor social media channels and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with Senior Social Media Managers to support account objectives.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide solutions to problems and communicate effectively with management.
  • Stay organized while managing multiple accounts and projects.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate social media promotions and contests according to the marketing calendar.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and leverage them for timely posts.

Requirements

  • Strong digital and social media expertise.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to develop a consistent brand voice.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Dash Hudson, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Understanding of social media metrics and experience with analytics tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven successful communication skills internally and externally.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and assist team members with all aspects of digital marketing.
