About the position

We are seeking a creative and driven individual to assist our growing company with our Social Media and Digital Marketing initiatives. This part-time role involves collaborating with the owner and a third-party marketing firm to develop strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive customers to our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and a basic understanding of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media and digital strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Collaborate with our web developer/marketing company on improvements and modifications.
• Develop a marketing calendar for email, blogs, posts, etc for consistency.
• Support the creation of engaging content across various platforms including our website, blog and social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
• Utilize new AI video creation tools to develop and post videos to multiple platforms.

Requirements

• Proficient in social media platforms primarily Facebook and YouTube
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and willingness to research and learn
• A passion for marketing.
