• Measure performance of social and online marketing campaigns against KPIs and web traffic metrics.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Assist in analyzing marketing data to shape future marketing strategies.
• Create reports on the growth and analytics of online, social media, and email campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, online communications, and digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and online video platforms.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and derive insights.
• Excellent writing, editing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and web analytics applications.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
