Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of training experience.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks (preferred).
• Experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Time management and project management abilities.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of the HawkSoft Client Management System.

Responsibilities

• Consult with insurance agencies to implement HawkSoft accounting solutions.
• Customize software configurations based on client needs.
• Conduct training sessions on the HawkSoft Client Management System and QuickBooks.
• Maintain necessary customer documentation.
• Resolve product or support issues by diagnosing problems and providing solutions.
• Contribute to team projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
