About The Position

The Software Application Developer will work at the United States Postal Service (USPS) Central Repair Facility (CRF) in Topeka, KS, focusing on developing database-driven applications in a client/server environment. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years related work experience, master's degree with 3+ years related work experience, or high school diploma/equivalent with 9+ years related work experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship.
• Proficiency in coding using Visual C++, C#, Windows .Net Framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Demonstrated experience coding TSQL in a Microsoft SQL Server environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Developer Studio 2010/2013/2015, Microsoft SQL Server 2008/2012, Microsoft Internet Information Server, and Windows Server 2008/2012.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities
