Responsibilities

  • Build dynamic, data-driven products as a full stack Software Developer.
  • Drive major transformation within U.S. News by leveraging React.js, Python, AWS cloud, Google BigQuery, and data science.
  • Create, implement, upgrade, optimize, and test features and projects.
  • Collaborate with designers, analysts, stakeholders, and testers to build products efficiently and effectively.
  • Work independently to solve challenges while thriving in a collaborative environment.
  • Continue to develop personal skills and help develop the skills of those around you.

Requirements

  • Experience with front-end development and web standards.
  • Proficiency in backend technologies.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with React.js.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
  • Knowledge of Google BigQuery.
  • Background in data science.
