As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you'll oversee a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You'll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. Work with us as we shape systems for the better.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of developers and guide them in learning new tools and techniques.
- Identify needed system improvements.
- Help clients overcome challenges using architectural approaches, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure solutions consider current architecture and future enhancements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Experience in working on an Agile team with Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with Linux, C, C++, or C# and developing software that runs on custom designed software.
- Experience with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
- Secret clearance.
- HS diploma or GED.
