As a Software Developer Sr specializing in Oracle CCS/CC&B/C2M at LCRA, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the critical infrastructure that supports the rapid growth of Texas. This position is not just about coding; it’s about making a meaningful impact on communities across central Texas. You will be part of a highly skilled Market Systems team, where your expertise in Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) will be essential in customizing and configuring solutions that meet the needs of LCRA's Wholesale and Transmission Billing. Your contributions will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided to the public, ensuring that the infrastructure keeps pace with the growing demands of the state. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of customizations, including solution architecture, development, testing, and deployment. You will also be tasked with designing and supporting integration solutions between CCS and various applications, ensuring seamless functionality across platforms. Your ability to create detailed user and technical documentation will be crucial for both new and existing customizations, facilitating knowledge transfer and operational continuity. Additionally, your experience with Power BI will allow you to create and maintain applications and reports that provide valuable insights into operational performance. This position requires a deep understanding of Oracle Utilities products and the underlying data models, as well as hands-on experience with functional, process, and technical aspects of CCS. You will be expected to leverage your strong programming skills in Java and Groovy, along with your knowledge of REST and SOAP frameworks, to deliver high-quality software solutions. Your role will also involve rigorous testing, including functional, regression, interface, and performance testing, to ensure that all applications meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
