About the position
SYSTOLIC is seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join their software development team, providing enterprise system support. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Java application integration and AWS platform to contribute to the development and maintenance of complex information systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide software expertise in Java application integration and enterprise services.
- Develop and maintain Single Page Applications using Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Implement back-end services using Microservices, REST, Node.js, and Java technologies such as Spring and Hibernate.
- Utilize build tools like Maven, Gradle, and Git for software development.
- Translate software requirements into maintainable solutions within existing frameworks.
- Oversee the product lifecycle including design, development, quality assurance, deployment, and maintenance.
- Adhere to best practices for application development and contribute to team performance improvement.
- Work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Requirements
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
- 10+ years of experience in software development, particularly in Java and AWS.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies including Vue, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Microservices, REST, Node.js, and Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (Postgres, MySQL) and SQL development.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with DevOps platforms like AWS (S3, RDS, EC2, etc.).
- Familiarity with Ruby/Ruby on Rails development.
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Excellent skills in database schema design and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).
