About The Position

As a Software Engineer II at NIKE, Inc., you will be a key contributor to a fast-paced team responsible for developing and maintaining the SIM iOS application used in over 900 Nike stores globally. This role emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and the ability to work through the software lifecycle while supporting retail operations and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development with a focus on iOS applications.
• Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with UIKit, XCTest, and Grand Central Dispatch (GCD).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and data modeling.
• Knowledge of MVVM architecture and memory management concepts.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with SwiftUI and Objective-C.
• Familiarity with New Relic and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SIM iOS application for Nike retail operations.
• Collaborate with Retail Coaches and Athletes to ensure product readiness for consumers.
• Work closely with Technical Product Management to define and deliver on project commitments.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Engage in Agile/Scrum methodologies to enhance team productivity.
