About the position

The Software UI Engineer at Infoblox will be responsible for crafting and implementing web applications using Angular and various front-end technologies. This role is crucial for enhancing user experiences for both customers and internal team members, contributing to the company's mission of delivering simple, scalable, and reliable network solutions. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Implement automated testing to ensure application reliability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews, bug fixing, and troubleshooting.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years experience in Angular development for modern web applications.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling is a plus.
  • Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms, such as OAuth and JWT is a must.
  • Proficiency in using DevOps tools, such as Jenkins, SonarQube, and GitHub, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services, including API Gateway, Lambda, S3, ECS, and RDS.
  • Understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Proven experience with front-end technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and knowledge of backend development technologies, such as Node.js and Express, is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
